* 25 minute session includes 3 High resolution digital images
*All Portrait Packages Include the Following: *Edited high resolution digital negatives with signed copyright release provided . *All photos will be digitally inspected and edited with a variety of color, black & white and artistically altered images. *Online portrait gallery of portraits to share with friends and family. *Order enlargements and prints can be ordered online and conveniently online and delivered quickly from a professional print laboratory.
PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to the allotted amount of shooting time agreed upon before the session starts.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).
WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Todd Nugent.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions.
